When buying products through www.eflowers.gr, you automatically accept the terms and any modifications.
The www.eflowers.gr is an online store selling products and services over the Internet, created by the company with the corporate name Lykourezos bros O.E. with VAT number EL999039320 and GEMH number 7345901000, based in Athens, 55 Veikou Street, 11742 and legally represented by An. Lykourezos and D. Lykourezos, using the email address: email@example.com and telephone helpline: +30 210 9224330.
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the e-shop www.eflowers.gr.
Using this website users grant consent to the following terms and conditions. If any user does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not make use of it.
Under no circumstances do we deliver another product beyond that you have chosen (in areas of Attica).
The www.eflowers.gr is obliged and makes efforts to be as accurate as possible on product characteristics (shape, color, etc) displayed in our E-shop.
Even the flowers of the same variety often differ in color and shape depending on their species.
We respect your choices and taste and therefore the products you see on the photos of our site www.eflowers.gr are also the products available in our store.
Our shop delivers flowers and plants in Attica by its own means and is responsible only for these deliveries.
Every day we update our products. If a product you want is not available in our e-shop, you shall inform us so that we will be able to find it for you.
All product photos of the site are copyright of www.eflowers.gr and protected by the Greek and International Law. You may save copy and republish photos, as long as the source is mentioned each time.
The www.eflowers.gr reserves the right to modify the description and the price of products without prior notice.
SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
RECEIVING AND SHIPPING ORDERS
Delivery is directly conducted in Attica and we strictly deliver exactly what you have chosen.
The delivery hours are divided into the following zones:
- All day (10.00 am – 9.00 pm)
- Morning (10.00 am – 2.00 pm)
- Midday (2 pm – 5.00 pm)
- Afternoon (5.00 pm – 9.00 pm)
In great name days (eg Constantine & Helen) and days that big events are celebrated (Mother’s Day – Valentine’s Day – Christmas – New Year’s Day) for the quick and timely delivery of your orders it is best that they are given 2-4 days earlier.
Upon delivery we always request the recipient’s signature to allow confirmation when you ask for it. It remains in our file for a certain amount of time.
We will contact you in case any details need to be clarified in order to proceed to shipment of your order and if we are not able to find the recipient.
Contact us in case that:
You wish a product that is referred to be available within next days; inform us so that we proceed to its prompt provision for your own convenience.
There is nothing particular or specific you are looking for; inform us so that we take care to find something for you. Whatever your requirements are, we are here for you.
If you are not fully satisfied from our products and services; please contact us immediately. Through you we become better.PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY
For the safe and timely delivery we always communicate via telephone with the recipient, in order to confirm the delivery hour, address and day.
In case of incorrect data, you automatically take full responsibility for the delayed or incorrect delivery of shipment.
If the recipient does not wish to accept your gift, the amount can be credited in your account for prospective future orders.
If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail or by phone, in order to let you know the reasons for the delay as well as the expected delivery time.
The circumstances under which we may not deliver your product on time and within the time limit you have set are:
1) In periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes, and in any case of force majeure which could affect the delivery of your order.
2) If it is impossible to contact you.
(If there is a problem with your order, either in connection with the product or in relation to its payment)
3) In cases we cannot find the recipient and details must be clarified.
*** In case 1, you can request a change of order or even its cancelation and a refund of money.
PROVINCES & ABROAD
We do not ship orders to the provinces or abroad via our e-shop.
You can call us on 210 9224330 and we can mediate on your orders with no commitment from our side for both their quality and delivery times. It is likely that the products will be similar to those of your choice and this because it depends on the availability of each partner’s products.
Products may vary by season and availability. If there are no certain flowers, they will be replaced with others of equal value.
Orders outside Attica will be delivered the following day and orders from abroad within two days.

The order process is very simple and it can be executed in 3 ways :
You can choose between the categories:
- Gifts & Accessories
Find your favorite products and add them to your electronic shopping cart. You can add as many products as you wish.
For each product you choose you will be asked to fill out the necessary recipient information (Name – Surname – Address – Telephone number) and the text on the greeting card you would like to accompany your order. When you complete your order click “CHECK OUT”.
It is important to properly fill in the recipient’s information, so that we can deliver your order on time. In case the order cannot be sent due to incorrect shipment information provided to us, the customer is solely responsible for it.
Following the steps indicated you will complete your purchases promptly.

You can visit our store in 55 Veikou Street, Koukaki and see for yourself our products.
1. Payment in cash on delivery
You may pay your order on delivery to your place (this method applies only in Attica).
2. Payment in our store.
Place your order through www.eflowers.gr and you can stop by our store to pay within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped the day after your payment.
3. Payment via bank deposit

Please take into consideration that there is enough time between your payment order and its execution to allow confirmation.
In the bank deposit, your full name should be indicated as the reason. Send us a copy of the bank payment order by fax at 210 9224330, so that we proceed to the shipment of your order.
If you use web banking, you can deposit the amount and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the deposit receipt.

you can pay through Viva Wallets, using your credit, debit, or prepaid card.

PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY
Each visitor can browse the online store www.eflowers.gr without giving any personal information.
For registered users, your personal data are kept in our database and you have access to them according to the Law 2472/97, as well as your orders.
We will need personal information (full name, e-mail and telephone number) only when you proceed to order products. Your Personal Data are exclusively used to provide you the services you have requested (product delivery, execution order update, information on new products/offers, etc) and mainly to ensure the possibility to contact you.

SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
The page that the transaction is made and you provide your credit, debit, prepaid card data is a special secure page that belongs to the bank we work with. The number of your credit, debit, prepaid card is always coded and it is never stored in our system. Credit, debit, prepaid card details are given directly to the special website of viva payments or PayPal; they are not disclosed to us and therefore they are not stored in our records, except to confirm the payment for the particular order.
